For Christmas Jon got me tickets to a John Mayer concert in L.A. I have been so excited to go ever since! Nothings better than a concert and a vacation to the beach :)
We ended up staying in Beverly Hills the night of the concert because L.A was too ghetto. The day after the concert we went down the street to Rodeo Drive and did some window shopping, it was fun to see all the shops that only the rich and famous shop at. Some of the stores had signs out front that said “By appointment only.” Crazy rich people!!
Even though we didn’t go in any of the stores we definitely made our way in to get our favorite treat!! If you haven't noticed we LOVE this place!!
After doing some window shopping we drove over to Huntington Beach. I’m pretty sure this should have only taken us 40 minutes but because of construction and traffic it took us 4 hours!! Jon was a stud and drove the entire trip!
I may have 'accidentally' fell asleep in the car during this long drive but was quickly woken up to Jon letting me know that I was now famous and my name was on a billboard! Maybe I should start signing my name with a backwards K from now on?
Of course we had to stop and see the famous Hollywood sign.
One thing we did learn on this trip was that we wouldn't have found half the places we were looking for without GPS-good thing for the iphone!
The last day we spent at Huntington Beach shopping/laying out, the water was freezing!!
