Party Time

We made a quick stop at Joes Farm Grill for Jon’s Birthday breakfast before we headed out of town for California . They give out free breakfast to people on their birthday and an additional 30% off the rest of the bill. Our total was $3.00- can’t beat that!! Once we got to Cali we checked out our sweet hotel! It was on a little island area along the beach a block away from where our cruise ship was. We loved relaxing at the pool in these crazy chairs that sat above the water

For dinner we headed down the street and found a big shopping area with tons of restaurants. Jon chose Bubba Gump Shrimp for his birthday dinner; neither of us had ever been before so we were excited to try something new. The atmosphere was fun but the food was unimpressive and expensive.

After dinner we found our favorite frozen yogurt place (Pinkberry) and ate it around a fire pit that over looked the ocean at the backside of our hotel. Happy 29th Birthday Jonathan, I hope next year is even better!!
